Who are we?

Well.. We hope you know who we are, but maybe we can still tell you about how we met!

In the streets of Den Haag's Laakkwartier one summer evening in 2018, is where Mayo and Laurent's story has its beginning. Mayo had spent the summer in Norway and Laurent in The Netherlands, but despite the physical distance, their bond deepened with each passing day, thanks to countless texts and late-night phone calls. When late August finally arrived, and May stepped back onto Dutch soil, it was as if all the puzzle pieces fell into place. Their first meeting was electric, filled with laughter, shared stories, and a sense of familiarity.

Fast forward to August 2024, and Laurent and May stand side by side, surrounded by their closest friends and family. Their journey from that initial introduction to this moment has been one of laughter, love, and the occasional hiccup along the way (like who walks Nuggy when it rains...). As they prepare to exchange rings under the French summer sky, with their faithful companion Nuggy by their side, Laurent and May know that their story is just beginning. They can not wait to share it with all of you!!
